Elise Easdown: Occupational Therapist/Owner of What's On 4 Kids/Board Member of Share the Dignity/Blogger
Elise has spent 7 years working in the kid's activity and party industry. Elise began with teaching baby massage classes and after becoming a mother herself realised how hard it was to find quality activities to do with her son. The explosion of the internet and social media enabled Elise to grow an online community of over 200,000 Australian mums and an influencer in the family sector. Elise has developed marketing campaigns for Nickelodeon Jnr, Disney On Ice, Event Cinemas, Cricket Australia, Auskick, GymbaROO, Play Group Australia, Kindermusik & More!
Elise will open the day talking about leadership, mindset, self-limiting beliefs and the new direction for What's On 4. Results from our national survey of over 1500 mums will be shared on what they want from their kid's activity providers.

Danie O’Connor: Ready Steady Go Kids Master Franchise Owner
Danie O’Connor is the Franchisor of Ready Steady Go Kids - Australia’s leading multi-sports program for kids aged 1.5-6yo. Prior to becoming the Franchisor, Danie was a Franchisee of RSGK for 5 years and a Tax Litigator at the Australian Taxation Office for 14 years.
With a Commerce/Law Degree, CPA and Master of Tax under her belt, Danie chose to leave the corporate world of Tax after starting her family and chose a business that she was passionate about (kids and sport), and one that she could help develop. Since becoming the Franchisor, Ready Steady Go Kids has seen internal revenue growth of 40% in addition to domestic and international expansion.
Trent Ray: Kids Disco Parties – Founder
Trent Ray founded Kids Disco Parties in 2011 whilst teaching in a primary school in Melbourne. Every year Trent (Aka Dj Ray Ray) would host the annual Junior School Disco sparking a curious parent to ask if he would like to entertain at her child’s birthday party. The rest is history and Trent soon found himself hosting discos most weekends as a prized kids entertainer. When Trent isn't rocking it out with kids on the dancefloor he works in the Education Team at Microsoft and runs a successful technology in education consultancy business.
Serren Callister: Messy Me Play
Serren believes strongly in learning through child-led unstructured sensory play for under 5's, and so, with a sprinkle of sparkles and a splatter of paint she created Messy Me to reflect this philosophy. Prior to founding Messy Me Serren worked in the manufacturing sector using her Engineering and Change Management qualifications and traveled the world. Serren is Mum to two girls who give her the opportunity to indulge her love of messy play and inspired her to share it with others.
Debbie Doo: Debbie Doo Kids TV
Debbie Doo is a fun loving, caring and bubbly character who really loves to sing and dance! With her bright pink hair and infectious smile, she is always ready to share the magic of music and movement with her friends. As an easily identifiable character who children love to emulate, the purpose of Debbie Doo is to inspire, delight and encourage adult and child interaction through her uplifting movement-based songs and videos. Debbie Doo’s music celebrates the wonderful years of pre-prep to early primary.
With close to 1 billion views on two global platforms of mostly original content I write and produce and a series for traditional media in the making, I am continuing to grow my brand awareness via the internet. I recommend harnessing this powerful tool.
